Please take a minute to read our terms and conditions. These exist to make Queanbeyan Riverside Caravan Park a safe, happy, and welcoming place to stay.

Arrivals and Departures
Check-in is from 12:00pm. Check-out is by 10am. Please contact reception if any additional time is required.

Check-in
Our 24 hr self-service check-in kiosk allows you to safely check in at any time for your convenience.
How it works
1. At the time of booking please ensure you include a valid and current email address and mobile phone number.
2. We will email you a couple days before your arrival with details on how to pay and finalise the check in process online.
3. At check in time you will receive a SMS with your unique code to access your pass.
4. Simply use the code in the SMS at our check-in kiosk to obtain your boom gate and amenities pass. It does not matter what time you arrive your pass will be waiting for you.

Identification
Please make sure to bring a valid photo identification. A passport, government issued I.D. card or driving licence are all accepted as valid forms of identification and must be presented at check-in.

Allocations
We will do our best to accommodate any allocation requests, but specific sites allocations are not guaranteed.

Age Restrictions
Bookings cannot be accepted from any person under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by an adult (18 or over). All bookings must have at least one adult in each Site booked.

Payment
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. No cash or eftpos payments are accepted. Please be aware that we only accept Mastercard and Visa.

Cancellation Policy
If you do need to cancel your booking please note we can only accept cancellations in writing by email to [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to the booking date/time. Please include your Surname, phone number and reservation number. Either a refund will be provided, less a $30 administration fee per site or funds paid are held in credit for up to 12 months.

If you notify us less than 48 hours before arrival or in the case of a no show, you will not be entitled to any refund.

Queanbeyan Riverside Caravan Park recommends all guests have travel insurance.

Unfortunately, we WILL NOT REFUND for reasons of late check-in, early check-out, shortening of stay, illness or poor weather while at the resort.

Use of Credits: A credit can only be used at Queanbeyan Riverside Caravan Park. Credits are valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue, any bookings must be made within this period. Reservations using a credit can be made by email to [email protected] and can only be used by the nominated recipient of the credit. Should the total spend be more than the value of the credit, the difference must be paid as per the new booking terms and conditions.

Weekly Rates
Our discounted weekly rates must be paid in full at time of booking and on the first day of each of the following weeks.
If a payment is late, the guest will be charged the full rate for the accommodation provided and given twenty-four hours to bring the payment up to date, or they will be asked to vacate the park.

Access Passes
Guests will be given an access pass when they check-in. If the guest loses or damages the pass, the guest will be charged $50.00 for a replacement – so please keep it safe!

Guest Behaviour
The comfort, safety and security of our guests is important to us. Any guest(s) who, in the opinion of our staff, compromise the comfort, safety or security of other guests or staff will be asked to leave the Park and will not be given a refund. Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and property.

No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in our Amenities Block, Camp Kitchen or BBQ area.

No Drugs
Drug use is illegal in Australia. Any guest found using drugs at the park will be asked to leave the premises immediately. A refund will not be issued.

Noise Curfew
We ask that everyone abide by our 10pm noise curfew. No music, gatherings, shouting etc, are permitted after 10pm. This is to allow all our guests a peaceful, uninterrupted sleep at our park. Guests who break this curfew will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued.

Damage to Queanbeyan Riverside Caravan Park Property
Guests will be expected to reimburse the park for any damage caused by misuse, inappropriate or reckless behaviour during their stay.

Dogs
Your socialised dog is welcome to join you in the Park. Please note there is a limit of 1 dog per site unless by prior agreement. You must advise us that you have a dog(s) prior to arrival. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests (two and four legged), there are a few requirements for having your dog stay:
• It is expected that dogs are not aggressive, inclined to bark and fully vaccinated.
• Dogs must be on leash and supervised at all time in the park.
• Please ensure you pick up after your dogs, doggie bags are available if you did not bring your own.
• If your dog can not comply with any of the above, they will be asked to leave, and you will need to go with them with no refund provided.

Vehicles
Only one vehicle per site unless specifically arranged with the office, and all vehicles must be parked completely within the sites boundary, boats and trailers require reception to be notified at time of booking and must fit completely within the sites boundary or cabin driveway. Please always drive at 4 Km/hr and watch out for pedestrians & bike riders, particularly children. Please do not allow children to ride bikes or scooters after dark.
